    • Purchase and use the Phoenix Gravity Filter .
    • If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us at info@thehomewatersolution.com and return the product to us within 100 days from the date of purchase.
    • Returns must be made with the original packaging and all parts . Steel frames must not be dented. Cartridges must not be cracked or broken.
    • Upon receipt of the intact product, you will receive a full refund .

Guarantee

Phoenix products are protected by a manufacturer's warranty, specified as follows:

  • Stainless steel frame : 10 years (from the date of purchase, against cracks, holes and other manufacturing defects)
  • Black Activated Carbon Filter Elements : 1 year (prorated warranty calculated for six months from date of purchase)

The warranty does not cover damage caused by carelessness, accidents or misuse/abuse of the system and/or its parts.

Warranty Limitations

Replacement or Repair

The Home Water Solution and Rama Pure Water Pvt Ltd (RPWPL) will replace or repair faulty products within the warranty period.

Coverage Limitations

The warranty only covers manufacturing defects or material faults and is not responsible for damage to personal property or indirect damages.

Customer Responsibility

The customer must avoid improper use and replace parts due to natural wear and tear.

Excluded Uses

The warranty does not cover units used for purposes not intended or modified to impair performance.

Non-Transferable

Warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser only and is not transferable.

Beware of Filters

The customer must handle the charcoal cartridges with care and is responsible for any damage caused by incorrect handling, such as breakage or damage when screwing them in.
